REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, templates, digital downloads, and online resources, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Coaching Services

All coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, strategy sessions, group coaching, and mentorship programs, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, you must provide notice in accordance with the scheduling or rescheduling policy outlined at the time of booking. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Live Trainings, Workshops, and Events

Registration fees for live trainings, workshops, webinars, intensives, and events are non-refundable.

If a live event is canceled or rescheduled by Constance Carter or affiliated brands, registrants will be notified and provided with alternative options, which may include rescheduling or access to a recording, when applicable.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership programs, including but not limited to Grow Your Money Club, Net 7 Collective, Net 7 Nation, or similar community-based programs, are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a violation of this Refund Policy.

If a chargeback is initiated for a product or service that is clearly identified as non-refundable, access to any related programs, content, or services may be revoked.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Constance Carter in rare and exceptional circumstances. Any such exceptions must be documented in writing.
